CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations or reschedules must occur at least 24 HOURS before your reservation. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service. If you arrive 15 minutes after your reservation, your appointment will be cancelled, and you will be charged 100% of the service. If you No call + No show to your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service.
